About

This is a blog about my journey – from growing up on the East Cost, then living in the Bay Area for most of my adult life, to moving with my (now ex) husband to a small town in Central Oregon (while moving an office to Portland), an ugly divorce, being stuck in the small town solo, turning the big four-oh in the process of it all and, of course, having the ability to put it all behind me, learning from my mistakes, and finding life (and love) again.

A lover of wine, my dog, friends, family, football, photography, and never-ending exploration – I am a gadget geek (okay, probably just a geek) but still consider myself to be socially well adapted — for the most part.  Finding the older I get the less tolerance I have for b.s., and after all the ‘life experience’ I’ve mustered up, I’m finally learning to sort out what is important…and what is not. It’s all a learning curve, and I’m on quite a winding road.

Thank you Bacchus for providing good wine to get me through the trials and tribulations of life and all the fabulous things that go with it. I wouldn’t change a minute.
